Tunisia minister praises Iranian culture

Tunisian Culture Minister Mohamed Zine-El-Abidine has admired Iranian art and culture.

Attending Iran's cultural pavilion at the Tunisia International Book Exhibition, the minister said Iran enjoys ancient culture and civilization.

Visiting the pavilion, Zine-El-Abidine became familiar with Iranian calligraphy and was presented with a gift containing a few verses of Tunisia's national anthem written in Nastaliq calligraphic style.

Iranian cultural attaché Moahmmad Asadi-Movahhed took part at the visit and presented the gift.

The Tunis International Book Fair kicked off in the Tunisian capital on Friday with the motto 'We Read to Live Again'.

The main objective of the book fair is to promote long-life learning, intellectual development and self-improving as major factors of social integration.
